Dr. Gill is a board-certified neurosurgeon with an established national reputation for clinical, academic, and leadership excellence. He has served in a variety of administrative roles including Chief of Staff, Chief of Neurosurery, Chief of Surgery, Chief of Peer Review, and Chief of Quality. He serves on not just local, but nationally recognized Neurosurgery Committees.

Dr. Gill completed his residency in Neurosurgery and is dual fellowship trained in both Skull Base Neurosurgery and Functional, Epilepsy, Stereotactic, and Pain Neurosurgery. He is a Junior Alpha Omega Alpha (AΩA) Honor Society inductee, the most exclusive and prestigious medical honor society in the world. He has been recognized locally and nationally for both outstanding patient care and is the recipient of numerous teaching and research awards. His clinical expertise spans complex cranial and spine surgery, hospital system peer review, and standards of care analysis.
